Privacy notice

This notice describes AI Effects at aieffects.video. The homepage introduces AI video effects for personal TikTok-style videos and lets you browse attributed video references. It does not accept photographs, video files, or music uploads, and it does not submit generation tasks. The Supalonely AI Dance page offers guest video orders as described below. Other template tools show their own availability.

Browsing the homepage

Search terms, category filters, and the selected reference are held in browser memory while the page is open. This homepage does not save those choices to a project database or send them to a generation provider. Reloading or closing the page clears these temporary choices.

Visiting the website

Your browser requests the page, local fonts, and local image assets from the hosting service. A hosting provider may process technical request information such as an IP address, request time, and browser information to serve the website, diagnose delivery problems, and maintain security. Website delivery does not require you to submit a face photograph or create an account.

Watching reference videos

Reference videos play inside this website using your browser's video player. Video files and their cover images are served from the website or Cloudflare R2, depending on the file address. These requests can include your IP address, browser information, and the part of a video being requested. The player does not embed a TikTok player or redirect you to TikTok when you select a video.

If a reference does not yet have a hosted cover image, the server can retrieve a cover URL from TikTok's official oEmbed endpoint for that fixed reference. It does not forward visitor cookies to that endpoint. Loading the resulting remote cover connects your browser to TikTok's media delivery provider, which can receive technical request information including your IP address. Its privacy rules apply to that image request. Watching a reference does not submit a face-swap or music-editing task.

Website measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 only after you explicitly accept analytics. Before you choose, or if you decline, the Google Analytics script does not load. Accepting analytics lets Google receive website measurement information such as page visits, referral sources, and browser or device details. Google Analytics may use cookies to measure visits. This helps us understand how people discover and use the showcase.

Your Accept or Decline choice is saved in your browser's local storage so this website can remember it. The public showcase does not set a separate signup-attribution cookie when you follow a link with a utm_source parameter. Search and filter text is not submitted as a generation task or uploaded personal content. Opening a video reference does not count as a successful video generation or purchase.

You can change your analytics choice using the Privacy choices button. Declining after previously accepting disables further analytics collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies used by this website. Your saved preference remains in local storage until you change it or clear this website's stored data.

Guest video orders

The Supalonely AI Dance page shows whether its guest service is open. When enabled, your person photo, optional background image and the included dance template are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. After payment is verified, Kie.ai prepares the optional scene and generates the dance. We combine the result with the template soundtrack. Input files are scheduled for removal after 24 hours and completed videos after seven days. Temporary provider access URLs expire after two hours. Kie.ai processes submitted files under its own service terms; these storage limits describe our copy of the files.

Stripe processes your payment and receipt information. We store the order ID, payment reference, generation status, and a hash of your access token. An order and its private access token are saved in your browser so you can return without an account; clearing browser storage removes that recovery route. Keep your order ID for support. Order records are kept for up to 37 days and payment-event records for up to 90 days for reconciliation and support. Stripe keeps its payment records separately. A hashed network identifier limits uploads and is removed after its short rate-limit window. Browsing the homepage does not upload files.
